Welcome to Orchard Reflexology
My name is Andrea Louise Cooper CRM5 PRM MAR
I'm a proud Reflexologist and am currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Teaching.
I hold a number of other qualifications which support my Reflexology practice.
Last but not least I'm a Mum and a Wife too.
My interest in Reflexology began following an attack of Labyrinthitis one summer.
I went to my GP and was told that it could take months to clear up. I was devastated, I was off balance and could hardly stand upright; the thought of feeling this way indefinitely filled me with horror. A friend recommended Reflexology, and in desperation I went along (sceptically!) to see the therapist my friend had recommended. I staggered in to the room as though I'd had too much to drink. Astonishingly I walked out feeling just about normal just an hour later. I continued the treatments and made a fast recovery that stunned even my GP.
Being an analytical type I thought it might be interesting to do a course in reflexology so that I could learn more about the improvement in symptoms I'd experienced, and further understand why I'd seen such a benefit. I researched and happened upon a Level 5 certification known as the Centralia Reflexology Mastership (CRM) which was starting just a month later. Not only was it accredited, but that it was the highest level Reflexology qualification available in the UK at that time.
I'm passionate about reflexology and its benefits, and am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology.
I continue to undertake regular CPD and am fully insured to practice.
Away from Reflexology I am passionate about all things French, good food, gardening, beautiful homewares, entertaining and spending time with my friends and family.
