                                             My interest in Reflexology began following an attack of Labyrinthitis one summer.

I went to my GP and was told that it could take months to clear up. I was devastated, I was off balance and could hardly stand upright; the thought of feeling this way indefinitely filled me with horror. A friend recommended Reflexology, and in desperation I went along (sceptically!) to see the therapist my friend had recommended. I staggered in to the room as though I'd had too much to drink. Astonishingly I walked out feeling almost normal an hour later. I continued the treatments and made a fast recovery that stunned even my GP.

Being an analytical type I decided to study reflexology so that I understand the improvement in symptoms I'd experienced. I qualified just over a year later with a Level 5 certification known as the Centralia Reflexology Mastership (CRM). This remains the highest level Reflexology qualification available in the UK.

 

I'm passionate about reflexology and its benefits. I'm a full member of the Association of Reflexologists

I continue to undertake regular CPD and am fully insured.
