Natural Lift Facial Massage
When you want to tone up your body you go to the gym, but what do you do when you want to tone up your face?
The face is formed of 43 muscles which allow us to express ourselves. Over time the ageing process and a loss of skin collagen can cause these muscles to become less toned, leading to wrinkles and sagging.
The Natural Lift Facial Massage aims to help re-tone the facial muscles, aid lymphatic drainage and support the health of the skin. This can lead to a fresher, more youthful appearance.
The massage is very gentle and relaxing. It uses a blend of Japanese Anma, Indian Ayurveda and Reflexology techniques to promote good muscle and skin tone.
To maximise the effects of the treatments I recommend a course of 6 sessions over 4-6 weeks, with maintenance visits thereafter.
Think of it as going to the Gym - One session won't have much effect, but go for 6 sessions and you'll start to notice a difference.
Maintain the visits and the changes remain, stop going and the muscle tone is lost.
Each treatment session lasts around an hour, and will require you to remove your top (I recommend wearing a strappy vest or similar). The treatment involves gentle pressure and movements being applied to the face. It's incredibly relaxing and many people fall asleep.
The first session will be slightly longer as a medical history will be taken. At the first session we will also discuss skin care and maintenance techniques which will help maximise the benefits.
