I'm delighted to be a consultant for the One to One Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan
The plan has been scientifically developed to support weight loss, using carefully planned steps to ensure maintaining your new weight is achievable in the long term.
I'd battled my weight for years, trying other slimming plans and clubs with limited success until a friend mentioned the 1:1 diet to me. From the very beginning I found the plan easy to stick to, and was rewarded when the lbs started dropping off. I was motivated to continue, and was thrilled when I found myself buying smaller and smaller clothes. I'm still on my journey, and hope to reach my goal weight soon.
So far I've been on the plan for 7 weeks and have lost 2st 10lbs!
